Who is eligible for Valiant’s partner program?

Anyone who deals with self-employed or small business customers can become a partner with Valiant. Whether you're a broker, accountant, financial planner, consultant, equipment vendor, medical practice, dealership or anyone else who interacts with small businesses, we're here to work with you to help your customers get the best funding for their business.

To qualify for the Partner Program and receive associated status benefits, you must be an accredited partner of Valiant. To obtain accreditation, please contact your Valiant Business Development Manager (BDM) or Relationship Manager (RM) or complete the accreditation form available here: Accreditation Form.

How much does it cost to be a Valiant partner?

The Valiant partner program is free with no ongoing costs. If you work with small businesses, become a Valiant partner and receive all the benefits today.

What are the partner status levels?
  • Gold status unlocked with 9 settled Spot & Refer deals in a calendar quarter
  • Platinum status unlocked with 12+ settled Spot & Refer deals in a calendar quarter

This unlocks all the benefits for the calendar quarter in which the status is achieved. Plus, all non-monetary benefits are also carried into the following calendar quarter.

Please note that Do It Yourself (DIY) deals are included in the settlement count but not subject to the commission booster. Any personal or residential loans that Valiant doesn't write itself and are referred out to partners don't count towards the total number of settled deals.

If you settle 20 or more deals in a single calendar quarter, you'll be upgraded to one of our Elite Enterprise Partners. In consultation with your BDM and Valiant senior leadership, we’ll tailor specific arrangements to help elevate your business’s success.

How do I join the Valiant partner program?

When will I get paid for Gold or Platinum status?

Valiant will pay the commission fees on the day that is later of:

(a) following Tuesday after Valiant receives a commission from the Credit Provider; or

(b) 15th of the month following receipt of a commission from the Credit Provider.

Credit provider payment schedules vary, paying either daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Please allow 1-2 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. In all instances, Valiant will provide an itemised RCTI to you in respect of commission payments made.

Once you achieve Gold or Platinum status, all deals for the quarter will eligible for the boosted commission rate. Valiant will pay the additional commissions unlocked as a bonus payment within 2 weeks of the quarter ending, once the final number of settled deals is known.

What are the terms and conditions of Valiant's partner program?

As an accredited partner of Valiant, your participation in the Partner Program is governed by the same terms and conditions that apply to your existing partnership with us. These are outlined in Valiant's T&C's, Privacy Policy and Platform Services Agreement.

All benefits related to the partner program are subject to change by Valiant.

How do I get paid?

Good news: invoices are automatically generated on our end. Your commission will be disbursed to the account provided at accreditation (if that has changed, make sure to let us know).
