This new partnership will allow us to further support Aussie business owners by helping customers of Australia Post access the right finance for their needs with a streamlined application process.
What does the partnership involve?
From this week, Australia Post customers who need finance may be referred to Valiant, where they’ll receive a digital quote and streamlined application experience, supported by our Australian finance experts and panel of 50+ lenders.
Customers can be referred either in-store by Australia Post staff, or via their website, and can choose to speak directly with a lending expert or receive their quotes (and start the application process) all online.
Valiant’s proprietary platform will be integrated on Australia Post’s website and retail point of sale systems, enabling small business customers to book an appointment at a time that suits them.
They’ll then be directed to an expert to discuss their business goals and requirements.
Valiant offers an end-to-end service, meaning our experts look after you from your initial enquiry through to application and settlement of funds, and typically, we can settle funds in as little as a day.
Providing access to business lending providers for Australia Post customers represents our biggest white-label expansion to-date, and by integrating our platform into AustPost stores, we now have the opportunity to expand our physical presence and connect with new SMEs.
